Reared in Lighthouse Point, Joanne Colangelo has longstanding roots throughout South Florida. Having also lived in Deerfield Beach and Pompano Beach, and with Boca Raton serving as her professional home for many years, she brings clients a deep familiarity with the South Florida market and the communities that continue to shape it.

Joanne earned her Florida real estate license in 2002 before going on to obtain her Broker's License, which she holds today as a Broker Associate with Realty Home Advisors. She represents buyers, sellers, renters, and investors across South Florida, offering thoughtful guidance, strong market insight, and a calm, steady approach that clients value in an increasingly fast-paced industry.
